At BlueOcean IT, we value our customers and strive to provide high-quality IT services. This Refund Policy explains the terms under which refunds may be issued for our services and plans.


1. Service-Based Refunds

  • Since our services are digital and subscription-based, refunds are generally not provided once a plan has been activated or services have been delivered.

  • However, exceptions may apply if:

    • Services were not delivered as described.

    • A technical issue on our end prevented access to the purchased plan.

    • You were mistakenly charged more than once.


2. Cancellation of Plans

  • Customers may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting us.

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

  • No partial refunds will be issued for unused portions of a subscription.


3. Trial Periods (if applicable)

  • If a free trial or promotional offer is provided, you may cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.

  • Refunds will not be issued for charges incurred after the trial unless covered under Section 1.


4. Custom Projects & Consulting

  • For custom IT consulting or project-based work, payments are generally non-refundable once the project has started.

  • If work has not yet begun, a partial refund may be considered, minus any administrative or setup costs.
